‘Cubious’, by Kristina Lindqvist, is a neo-classical bookshelf with a curious geometrical cube pattern that, aided by subtle shades of colour, creates an optical illusion.
“Cubious can be used from two sides and can therefore also be a room divider.” says Lindqvist. “The bookshelf is an eye-catcher and the structure associated with the different color shades of turquoise creates an optical illusion in the spectator’s eyes.”
Spectrum was exhibited in the Greenhouse at the 2013 Stockholm Furniture Fair.
